- 2 Salmon fillets, skin-on
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Marinate salmon for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down in the pan and cook for 5–7 minutes until skin is crispy.
- Add chopped scallions, carefully flip the fillets, and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Drizzle reserved marinade over the salmon and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve alongside your favorite side dish.

For best results, ensure salmon is dried thoroughly and avoid flipping too soon for perfect crispy skin.
