Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon fillets, skin-on

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place salmon skin-side down in the pan and cook for 5–7 minutes until skin is crispy.
  5. Add chopped scallions, carefully flip the fillets, and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle reserved marinade over the salmon and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  7. Serve alongside your favorite side dish.

Notes

For best results, ensure salmon is dried thoroughly and avoid flipping too soon for perfect crispy skin.
