Description

A delightful mix of chocolates, nuts, and dried fruits melted together in a slow cooker to create a festive treat perfect for sharing during the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans (or preferred nuts)
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (or preferred dried fruit)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease your crockpot with non-stick spray.
  2. Pour in the chocolate chips and allow to start melting on low for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once melted, mix in the nuts, pretzels, and dried fruit until thoroughly coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for another 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto it, spreading it evenly.
  6. Allow to cool fully before breaking into pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
