- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans (or preferred nuts)
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup dried cranberries (or preferred dried fruit)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Grease your crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Pour in the chocolate chips and allow to start melting on low for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted, mix in the nuts, pretzels, and dried fruit until thoroughly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for another 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto it, spreading it evenly.
- Allow to cool fully before breaking into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
