Description

A delightful holiday treat made in a crockpot, combining chocolate, nuts, and colorful candies for a festive experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Milk, Dark, and/or White)
  • 1 cup Nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, or Peanuts)
  • 1 cup Pretzels
  • 1 cup Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Candies (M&Ms, Sprinkles, etc.)
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Crockpot: Line it with parchment paper or a slow cooker liner for easier cleanup.
  2. Layer the Ingredients: Start with a layer of chocolate chips, followed by nuts, pretzels, marshmallows, and candies.
  3. Cook on Low: Set to low heat and cover. Melt for about 1 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. Blend and Cool: Once melted, stir to combine. Optionally, sprinkle candies on top.
  5. Spread and Set: Pour into a greased baking pan, spread evenly, and let cool for a couple of hours.
  6. Cut into Pieces: Once firm, cut into squares or break into pieces for serving.

Notes

To achieve the perfect texture, avoid lifting the lid too often while cooking. Patience is key for even melting.
