- 4 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 8 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced or smashed
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley), optional
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
- In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the cooked chicken until warmed through. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Wash and chop the fresh veggies into even sizes.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread a generous dollop of ranch dressing. Layer crispy bacon, warm chicken, fresh veggies, cheese, and herbs.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- For extra flavor, grill the wrap seam-side down for 1-2 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
