Description

A delightful combination of crusted turkey fillets paired with tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Turkey fillets
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs (panko or stale bread)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (or other fresh herbs)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh thyme (or other fresh herbs)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh rosemary (or other fresh herbs)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each turkey fillet into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the crumb mixture.
  4. Place crusted turkey fillets on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and crust is golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the turkey is baking, warm your cranberry sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
  7. Let the turkey rest for a few minutes before serving, alongside the warm cranberry sauce.

Notes

For a vegan option, replace the egg with a flaxseed or chia seed mixture.
