- 4 Turkey fillets
- 1 cup Bread crumbs (panko or stale bread)
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (or other fresh herbs)
- 2 tbsp Fresh thyme (or other fresh herbs)
- 2 tbsp Fresh rosemary (or other fresh herbs)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 cup Cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each turkey fillet into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the crumb mixture.
- Place crusted turkey fillets on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and crust is golden brown and crispy.
- While the turkey is baking, warm your cranberry sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
- Let the turkey rest for a few minutes before serving, alongside the warm cranberry sauce.
Notes
For a vegan option, replace the egg with a flaxseed or chia seed mixture.
