Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the turkey fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the turkey, then press them into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer the fillets to a baking dish and cook in the oven for an additional 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey bakes, warm the cranberry sauce on the stove.
- Serve the turkey topped with warm cranberry sauce.
