  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or alternatives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the turkey fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the turkey, then press them into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Transfer the fillets to a baking dish and cook in the oven for an additional 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. While the turkey bakes, warm the cranberry sauce on the stove.
