- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup rich chocolate chunks (semi-sweet or dark)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In a large mixing bowl, cream the soft unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in the toffee bits and chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the lined baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers still look soft.
- Allow to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Enjoy your cookies!
Notes
Chilling the dough for 30 minutes enhances flavor and contributes to thicker cookies. Do not overbake for chewier results.
