- 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, combine your dry ingredients: flour and baking soda. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the toffee bits gently.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of each dough ball before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
