Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Tartlet Shells by creaming together butter and sugar, adding flour, and pressing into tartlet molds. Bake until lightly golden and cool completely.
- Make the Cream Filling by whipping heavy cream with confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Dip the Strawberries in melted chocolate and let the excess drain off.
- Assemble the Tartlets by filling each cooled shell with whipped cream and topping with the chocolate-dipped strawberries.
