Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 firm apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon zest until smooth.
  4. Stuff each apple generously with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet and combine with brown sugar and cinnamon, then drizzle over the stuffed apples.

Notes

Use firm apples for best results and avoid overbaking to maintain texture.
