Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples, keeping the bottom intact, and place them upright in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Gently spoon the cheesecake filling into each apple, filling generously.
- Top with oats or crushed nuts for crunch.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until apples are tender and filling is bubbly.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
