  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh herbs (optional, like parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, shredded cheese, eggs, and melted butter. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then stir until just combined.
  3. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
