Ingredients

  • Flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh mushrooms (cremini or shiitake)
  • Hot honey
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté thinly sliced mushrooms with minced garlic until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread shredded mozzarella over the flatbread, add sautéed mushrooms, and drizzle hot honey on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and edges are crispy.
