  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, minced onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and half of the cranberry sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix gently.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.
  5. While baking, heat the remaining cranberry sauce in a saucepan until warmed through.
  6. Once cooked, coat the meatballs with the glaze in a large bowl.
  7. Serve on a festive platter and enjoy!
