Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggnog, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Slowly combine the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. For the crumb topping, mix together flour, sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Optionally add chopped nuts or oats.
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with crumb topping, and bake for 55-65 minutes.
