  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 1 ½ cups graham crackers (crushed)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy. Add dulce de leche and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, blending each one thoroughly before adding the next. Mix in vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are firm but the center jiggles slightly.
  6. Let the bars cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with extra dulce de leche. Cut into squares and enjoy!
