- 2 packages cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 1 ½ cups graham crackers (crushed)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy. Add dulce de leche and mix until fully incorporated.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending each one thoroughly before adding the next. Mix in vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are firm but the center jiggles slightly.
- Let the bars cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with extra dulce de leche. Cut into squares and enjoy!
