Ingredients

- Fresh salmon fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the salmon in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer, skin side down, and cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Let the salmon rest for a minute before serving.
Notes
For crispy skin, place the salmon skin-side up for the last minute of cooking.
