Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer, skin side down, and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Let the salmon rest for a minute before serving.

Notes

For crispy skin, place the salmon skin-side up for the last minute of cooking.
