A delightful and warm monkey bread that brings families together with its sweet, cinnamon-infused flavor and gooey texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a bundt pan with butter.
  3. Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and toss biscuit pieces until coated.
  5. Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the prepared pan.
  6. Melt the butter and pour it over the layered dough.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before flipping onto a serving platter.

Notes

Consider prepping the night before by coating the dough pieces and refrigerating them. Bake in the morning for a warm treat!
