Description

A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and churro flavors, perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then gradually mix in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add ground cinnamon and swirl it into the filling.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  7. Mix melted butter with sugar and cinnamon just before serving and sprinkle on top.

Notes

For a healthier option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. For gluten-free, use almond flour instead of graham cracker crumbs.
