- 8 oz button or cremini mushrooms, sliced

- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients by cutting the steak and chopping the vegetables.
- Optional: Sear the steak bites in a hot skillet for added flavor.
- Combine steak, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, and add herbs.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with cold water and add to thicken during the last 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
