  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear and cook according to package instructions.
  2. Cube salmon and sauté in a skillet with teriyaki sauce until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, sautéed salmon, and mayonnaise; mix well.
