- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, about halfway full.
- Pour in 2 ounces of your chosen gin.
- Add in 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur.
- Squeeze in half an ounce of fresh lemon juice.
- Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top with 3 ounces of tonic water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint or edible flowers.
Notes
For a lighter version, opt for soda water instead of tonic. Adjust elderflower liqueur based on sweetness preference. Always serve in a chilled glass.
