A refreshing and floral cocktail perfect for cozy winter gatherings, combining gin, elderflower liqueur, and tonic water.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 3 ounces tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Lemon slice (for garnish)
  • Edible flowers (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, about halfway full.
  2. Pour in 2 ounces of your chosen gin.
  3. Add in 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur.
  4. Squeeze in half an ounce of fresh lemon juice.
  5. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  6. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
  7. Top with 3 ounces of tonic water.

Notes

For a lighter version, opt for soda water instead of tonic. Adjust elderflower liqueur based on sweetness preference. Always serve in a chilled glass.
