Description

A delightful salmon dish topped with a crunchy Everything Bagel crust, bursting with flavors of garlic, onion, and seeds.


Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Dill or Parsley)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly greased foil.
  3. Pat the salmon dry, drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Generously coat the top of the salmon with Everything Bagel seasoning.
  5. Add a sprinkle of lemon zest on top.
  6. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven, let rest for 1 minute, and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

For a lighter meal, substitute butter with avocado oil. Consider adding a pinch of cayenne for extra spice.
