- 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
- 1/4 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Dill or Parsley)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly greased foil.
- Pat the salmon dry, drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, and season with salt and pepper.
- Generously coat the top of the salmon with Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Add a sprinkle of lemon zest on top.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 1 minute, and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges before serving.
Notes
For a lighter meal, substitute butter with avocado oil. Consider adding a pinch of cayenne for extra spice.
