Instructions

  1. Brew the strong coffee, allow it to cool, and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mango puree and passionfruit pulp.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee briefly and layer them in a rectangular dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of the mango and passionfruit mixture.
  6. Repeat the layering process until the dish is full, finishing with mascarpone. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
