- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup passionfruit puree
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Prepare Mango and Passionfruit Puree: Blend chopped mango until smooth, mix with passionfruit puree, and set aside.
- Whip the Cream: Whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Mix Mascarpone: In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone and remaining sugar, then gently fold in whipped cream.
- Layer the Dessert: Dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture, layer them in a dish, then spread half of the mascarpone mix and half of the fruit puree.
- Repeat Layers: Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone, and remaining fruit puree.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, ideally overnight.
- Serve with Flair: Garnish with cocoa powder or coconut and fresh fruit before serving.
