- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop a generous amount of dough, flatten it, place a Ferrero Rocher in the center, and roll it back into a ball.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
