Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, cover and let sit for 12-15 minutes. Cool, crack, and peel.
- Prepare the filling: Cut eggs in half, scoop yolks into a bowl and mash until crumbly.
- Add avocado and flavors: Mix in the mashed avocados, lime juice, minced garlic, and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Taste and adjust: Taste the filling and adjust salt, lime, and garlic to your preference.
- Fill the egg whites: Use a piping bag or spoon to fill egg whites with the avocado mixture and garnish with smoked paprika or herbs.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
