- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pretzels in a uniform layer.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda and gradually add it to the wet mixture.
- Scoop cookie dough onto each pretzel without flattening.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
- Cool cookies before drizzling melted chocolate over the top.
- Allow chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut oil for butter. You can also use almond flour for a gluten-free version.
