  • 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pretzels in a uniform layer.
  3. Cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda and gradually add it to the wet mixture.
  6. Scoop cookie dough onto each pretzel without flattening.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  8. Cool cookies before drizzling melted chocolate over the top.
  9. Allow chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut oil for butter. You can also use almond flour for a gluten-free version.
