Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs or almond flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs or almond flour with melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until slightly golden.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in another bowl, then add the eggs, vanilla extract, and spices. Mix until fluffy and airy.
- Pour the filling over your baked crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling has set and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use almond flour. You can add additional spices to taste.
