  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup sriracha (for sauce)
  • ¼ cup honey

  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by combining sriracha, honey, and soy sauce in a saucepan. Heat until bubbly.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce and return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

For a lighter option, use ground turkey or chicken. You can also substitute breadcrumbs with crushed pork rinds for a low-carb version.
