Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup Flamin’ Hot chips, crushed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  6. Fold in Flamin’ Hot chips and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop batter into muffin tin, filling each liner about ⅔ full.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack.
