Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup Flamin’ Hot chips, crushed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Fold in Flamin’ Hot chips and chocolate chips.
- Scoop batter into muffin tin, filling each liner about ⅔ full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack.

These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days, or frozen for longer storage.
