Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your muffin tin with butter or line it with paper liners.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
  4. Crush the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into coarse crumbs.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream the butter, then gradually add the sugars until light and fluffy.
  6. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  8. Fold in the crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
  9. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling about 2/3 full.
  10. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
