- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your muffin tin with butter or line it with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Crush the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into coarse crumbs.
- In another bowl, beat cream the butter, then gradually add the sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Fold in the crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
These muffins can be served warm or at room temperature. For added flavor, consider a drizzle of melted chocolate or a sprinkle of sea salt as toppings.
