Ingredients

- Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, or parsley)
- Dressing (zesty vinaigrette or ranch)
Instructions
- Shred the rotisserie chicken and chop your vegetables.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Lay out a warm tortilla and add a scoop of shredded chicken, fresh vegetables, cheese, and herbs.
- Drizzle dressing over the fillings.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it from the bottom.
