  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a round cake pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a double boiler or a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
