Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Stir until creamy.
- Add chocolate chips and honey or maple syrup. Mix well.
- Line a mini muffin tin with parchment paper or silicone molds.
- Fill each mold with the yogurt mixture, pressing down gently.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Pop out the bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For a nut-free option, substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter. Use regular yogurt or dairy-free alternatives if needed.
