  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove and let it rest.
  2. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Gradually add the mozzarella cheese, stirring until it melts into a creamy sauce. Adjust heat to low.
  6. Return the chicken and cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce. Add fresh herbs and additional seasoning as desired.
