- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 can rolls or biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Flatten each piece of dough and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal well.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush the tops with melted butter, and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For variations, ground turkey or chicken can be used instead of beef. Feel free to add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
