- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter or olive oil

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces (about 1 inch each).
- Melt butter or heat olive oil in a large bowl, then add minced garlic.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until coated; season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Five minutes before finishing, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to the oven.
- Toss with chopped parsley after removing from oven and serve immediately.
