Instructions
- Rinse snap peas under cold water, trim the ends, and remove any tough strings.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat until it glistens.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the snap peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, keeping them crunchy.
- Drizzle soy sauce and mix well, cooking for another minute.
- Serve in a bowl, topped with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
