  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the snap peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, keeping them crunchy.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and mix well, cooking for another minute.
  6. Serve in a bowl, topped with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
