Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ginger: Wash and peel the ginger root, then chop into thin slices or grate.
  2. Boil the Water: Bring 4 cups of fresh water to a rolling boil in a pot.
  3. Add the Ginger: Add the ginger slices to the boiling water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
