Description
A sweet and savory glazed pork tenderloin recipe that brings warmth and nostalgia to your kitchen.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Mustard (Dijon or whole grain)
- Fresh Herbs (Thyme or Rosemary)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Marinate the tenderloin in the mixture for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Sear the tenderloin in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Pour remaining marinade over the meat and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the tenderloin rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Simmer leftover marinade if a thicker glaze is desired.
- Slice and serve with the glaze drizzled on top.
Notes
For a lighter touch, serve with a fresh salad or sautéed vegetables. Allow the tenderloin to rest before slicing for maximum juiciness.
