Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides (2-3 minutes per side).
- Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush half of the glaze over the pork and bake. After 20 minutes, brush on the remaining glaze.
- Continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), about another 15-20 minutes.
- Let the tenderloin rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or rice.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with Dijon mustard or ginger for more flavor. Allowing the meat to rest is crucial for tenderness.
