Description

A sweet and savory glazed pork tenderloin, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides (2-3 minutes per side).
  5. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush half of the glaze over the pork and bake. After 20 minutes, brush on the remaining glaze.
  7. Continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), about another 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let the tenderloin rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve with roasted vegetables or rice.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with Dijon mustard or ginger for more flavor. Allowing the meat to rest is crucial for tenderness.
