Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the sea bream under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Make shallow cuts across the skin of the fish.
  4. In a bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and chopped herbs.
  5. Drizzle the marinade over the fish, ensuring cuts are filled and cavity is seasoned.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over the fish and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
