Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the sea bream under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Make shallow cuts across the skin of the fish.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and chopped herbs.
- Drizzle the marinade over the fish, ensuring cuts are filled and cavity is seasoned.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over the fish and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Place the fish on a lined baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, until flaky and the skin is crispy.
- Transfer the fish to a serving platter, drizzle pan juices, and garnish with lemon slices and herbs before serving.
