Ingredients

  • 1 head of roasted garlic
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh oregano
  • Fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the top off a head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Mash the roasted garlic cloves with olive oil and spread over the dough.
  5. Layer with fresh spinach, crumbled feta, and shredded mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
