- 1 head of roasted garlic

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the top off a head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30-40 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Mash the roasted garlic cloves with olive oil and spread over the dough.
- Layer with fresh spinach, crumbled feta, and shredded mozzarella.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
