  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimp in olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the shrimp on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. In a large bowl, combine diced avocado, corn, red onion, and cilantro.
