Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and gradually add the sharp cheddar cheese.
  3. Stir in the green onions, garlic, fresh herbs, and any spices desired.
  4. Form the mixture into a ball or mound on a serving platter. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. If using, mix in green food coloring until desired hue is achieved.
  6. Serve with assorted crackers and veggie sticks, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
