Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.
  4. Add the matcha powder and vanilla extract, mixing until fully blended.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top, pressing them in gently.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
