Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix your almond milk, oil, and sweetener until well-combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones, stirring with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.
  4. Lightly flour your countertop and knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth but not sticky.
  5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  6. Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf, placing it in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Cover again and let it rise for another 30 minutes while preheating your oven to 375°F.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  9. Let the bread cool slightly before slicing, and enjoy warm.
