Instructions
- Brew the espresso.
- Steam the milk until it reaches about 150°F (65°C).
- If using homemade hazelnut syrup, blend equal parts toasted hazelnuts and sugar with water and simmer until thickened.
- In a pre-warmed mug, pour the espresso shot and add hazelnut syrup.
- Pour in the steamed milk and top with milk foam.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder, nutmeg, or cinnamon.
