- ½ cup grated apple
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, grated apple, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add the milk.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Let the batter rest for about 5-10 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grease with cooking oil or butter.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use certified gluten-free rolled oats. Add nuts or berries for extra flavor.
